It is the cost for more stable gameplay without crashes. This isn't really too crazy since the game is likely going to have some heavier stutters with the criticalsections = 0 fix. sometimes it will dip to the 30s when it's really bad.
So here is the issue, the game runs fine at 60fps 80% of the time.like usual, then the game will mysteriously drop down about 10-15 frames to the mid 40s usually. (It is also worth noting that prior to the recent NVSR compatability issues with the latest Win10 Fall Creators update the game ran completely fine without these issues) Okay so I wasn't going to post in a forum but I can't for the life of me find anyone with this issue on the internet anywhere.
